Organising Communities and Teams

Organising Communities and Teams

The Goal

By the end of this chapter you will know how to organise a group so that it works reliably: a shared goal, clear roles, good meetings, written decisions, quality control and transparent money. You will know how AI supports each of these — and what governance means for a group that wants to last.
