Part IV: The Final Production | Chapter 12

Three Skills, One Project

Three Skills, One Project

The Goal

By the end of this chapter you will know how to bring work that was made in parallel together into one production. You will prepare and run a review with the client, handle a change request without chaos, keep one source of truth for everything the client says publicly, and make clear who does what and who approves what. You will set up the review folder, the message sheet and the roles table with the free tools you already know.

Understand: parallel work is not one production

In Parts I to III, three people built three parts: pictures and film, website and tools, strategy and posts. They coordinated loosely: images went to the website, the film went into the posts. Good work, but it is three pieces that happen to fit.

A production is more than that: one plan, one message, one standard of quality, one person responsible for each decision. The visitor who sees a post, clicks to the website and watches the film must meet the same organisation three times.
