Part III: The Audience Builder | Chapter 11

Publishing, Community and Growth

Publishing, Community and Growth

The Goal

By the end of this chapter you will know that publishing is not the end of the work but the start of an experiment. You will test content with a small real audience before a big launch, prepare clear rules for answering comments and messages, read the numbers in Meta Business Suite and on the website without being fooled by the big ones, and change your plan based on evidence.

Understand: publishing starts the experiment

Before you publish, you have assumptions: the message matters to people, the call to action is clear, the timing is right. After you publish, you have reality. The professional cycle doesn’t stop at “publish”:

Publish → Observe → Respond → Measure → Adjust

You can’t adjust what you haven’t published. The information you need to improve only exists once the content meets real people.
