Part III: The Audience Builder | Chapter 10
Building a Content Production System

The Goal
By the end of this chapter you will be able to turn a strategy into a production system: a repeatable way to make posts, statuses, short clips and messages from approved material. You will adapt one idea to several formats without copying, build templates in Canva so you never start from an empty page, cut short clips from the film in CapCut, plan posts ahead in Meta Business Suite, coordinate with the people who supply your material, and set a rhythm that someone can keep up for months, not only for a launch.
Understand: strategy is the map, production is the journey
| Strategy asks | Production asks |
|---|---|
| Who is the audience? | Which format do they see, on which device, at what time? |
| What is the message? | How does it become a caption, an image, a clip, a status? |
| Which channels? | What does each channel need technically? |
| Which pillars? | Which template produces a post for each pillar? |
| What is the calendar? | Who makes what, when, and who approves it? |
| What is success? | How do I record what went out and what worked? |
